The architect is the son, in Los Angeles — licensed in California, leading the studio and the model itself. The head of delivery is his mother, in Istanbul — twenty years of factory floors, and a bench of more than fifty manufacturers that answers to her by name.

Between them sits one model: drawn once, priced from the same file, and standing on the job site the day the crew arrives. Ten time zones apart, they run one firm — and they still speak every morning.
