Our workflow consists of four stages to ensure that we deliver the best possible result for our clients.

 

First, we meet with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and to determine the scope of the project. This is an important step that allows us to get a clear understanding of what the client wants and to make sure that the project is feasible.

 

Based on this initial consultation, we produce a concept design that outlines the main features and layout of the project. This design is then presented to the client for feedback and approval.

 

Once the concept design has been approved, we move on to the 3D modeling stage. Using advanced software, we create detailed, highly photorealistic renders that show what the finished project will look like. These renders allow the client to see the proposed design clearly, and to make any necessary changes before construction begins.

 

After the 3D model has been approved, we produce the necessary construction documents, such as floor plans, elevations, and any other relevant documents. These documents are then submitted to the city for the necessary permits and to contractors for the actual construction. This final step ensures that the project is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
