Terms of a containerThe six rules behind the 48-hour number
The quote governs where it differs01The quoteOne landed number within 48 hours of a complete enquiry — unit prices, container plan, production slots, delivery date. Landed means delivered: duty, ocean freight and inland delivery are inside the number, not under it.
02PaymentA deposit on confirmation holds the production slot; the balance is due before the container sails. The schedule and the bank details are on the quote, nowhere else.
03Lead timeProduction time is quoted per category on the confirmation. On the water, Istanbul to Los Angeles is about 24 days; East Coast and Gulf ports are shorter. The order page tracks the box from gate-out.
04InspectionEvery line is inspected at the yard against the approved sample before it is packed, and photographed. Nothing is loaded that we have not seen.
05Customs and deliveryCustoms entry, classification and duty are handled by us and our broker — you do not file anything. The truck delivers to the address on the quote; unloading and installation are not included unless the quote says so.
06Damage and claimsPhotograph any transit damage at delivery, before signing for the load, and send it the same day. Replacement is arranged from the same block or lot wherever the material allows.
