Spoleto

This is a Single-story modern farmhouse at the hearth of Santa Monica. Project scope included total interior renovation and new landscape/hardscape elements. Low hipped/gabled roofs, off-white siding/stucco, and light stone paving keep the massing calm. Plan reads as family-forward: large living room with stone fireplace, an open kitchen with concealed units and flanking pantry for added utility spaces. New layout offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Daylight is prioritized via French doors, skylights, and broad window bays. Landscape uses privacy hedges, shade trees, and stepping pads to connect dining, firepit lounge, and pool terrace, delivering clear indoor-outdoor flow.
